3:26pm: Well, after having played 5,000 heads up sit n gos across 5 different sites, my record for ‘games won in a row’ currently stands at 12. If I win one more game, I will tie that record, as I have started the day off 2-0 (Cake). If you’d like to watch me go for the record, I’m going to record the next two matches and post them on here if I do in fact tie/beat the record. Winning 12 games in a row is not easy, even with a 60% edge over a random player. I usually take one game at a time, not thinking about how many in a row I’ve won. However, about the time I’ve won maybe my 7th-8th match in a row I start to make a mental note that I’ve got a streak on the line. Whether or not you say that personal accolades shouldn’t effect your mentality in a match, truth be told it’s always in the back of your mind - it’s just human nature.

On a side note, my opponents today on Cake were very passive. In fact, most opponents on Cake are very passive. If you’re looking for some easy heads up games, I would definitely try Cake out. Seriously.
